- The MD reminded me of David Brent. He will aggressively laugh at you until you join in - The sales process is a bit ad hoc, with no clear idea of what an ideal corp client looks like other than one with loads of FX - Emphasis on consultative selling when with the client, but all the internal chat is really around product - Micromanagement - CEO is trying to run 5 businesses in one and doesn't invest enough in the most profitable parts of the business
