Office has a nice vibe with a lot of snacks and is in a convenient location.

There were a lot of promises made in the beginning that were never fulfilled. Management is all over the place. Sometimes the office ran like a dictatorship. There would be times were policies were made up on the spot because we (employees) did something that management did not like. Management is inconsiderate of schedules, demanding and sometimes aggressive. There would be times where he would call/text way after hours (8-9pm) demanding work. There was not a lot of guidance in terms of the actual work, I had to learn all the platforms that the company uses by myself. It was truly an awful experience.
