      1. Dont expect Salary increment 2. You might be working without understanding what are you doing and why 3. Strick timimngs, Mon to Sat only for Accounts and OPS dept. Rest all dept gets alt sat off. 4. Pure Babu culture. 5. If you are joining Organization to learn something, then don't join . However, if u r joining just to start carrear then its good
