The work environment at SmartCrowd is dysfunctional from top to bottom. The CGO is hostile, imposes unrealistic deadlines, and creates a toxic atmosphere by yelling at team members and constantly distrusting everyone. The product discussions are indecisive and ineffective—constantly shifting priorities and requirements mid-sprint, which wastes valuable engineering time and kills momentum. To make matters worse, the product itself lacks originality. It’s a blatant copy of competitor, with no innovation or meaningful differentiation. The CEO is passive and completely disconnected from the daily reality of the business. No vision, no ownership, and no leadership.
