Since it is growing, many of the positions are new, giving new employees room to explore different opportunities and establish themselves in the organization. You get to interact and work with many different departments across the company. Management trusts the employees and does not micromanage. It’s a great place to work if you take pride in your work, are self-motivated, and enjoy working closely with a team of like-minded individuals.

If you are not a self-starter or good at observing and finding things to do, and wait for others to tell you what to do, you will not be very successful on this team.

To be successful here, you need initiative and the ability to solve problems independently as well as with the team which I appreciate.

If you are a person that needs quite a bit of structure, direction, and oversight, this isn’t the best environment for that.
