Pluspunten
The company has a great outlook and has turned around or is in the process of doing it in terms of sales, processes, tools, and culture. The team has been consolidated in one location which has greatly improved the communication and efficiency, there is a a lot of new blood and they are hiring top talent. Some developers that left in the past are re-joining the company.
The development is finally transitioning to Agile and everyone is really pumped about the new initiatives. Customers appear to be really happy too, which from what I understand, is a big turnaround.
I do not know if the older reviews were accurate at the time they were written, but the current situation is very different than what is pictured on those. I am sure those reviews probably helped the executive team realize that something had to change.
In summary, I really like the company, feels like a startup, and I would recommend it without hesitation.
Minpunten
The product has been around for a while and it uses some technologies that are quickly becoming outdated (i.e. Flash). The good news is that it appears the management team has realized this and it is taking action to update the system.
