Pluspunten
I've been working at SmartLockr as a Content Creator for a few months now and have no intention of leaving. SmartLockr offers a fun, informal yet encouraging work environment that pushes people to become better at what they do. I experience a lot of freedom as to where my priorities lie, meaning I can work hard without it being too stressful or tedious. The company is a scale-up and as such still very much a brand in the making. Personally I enjoy applying what I've learned at previous employers and I like how SmartLockr gives me ample room to fill my role the way I see fit. Although it's a scale-up with a definite startup vibe, I don't find SmartLockr to be as demanding an employer as I experienced with previous startups I worked for. This means we all work hard, but aren't expected to work overtime or meet unreasonable deadlines.
Minpunten
As a scale-up SmartLockr is not yet a fully fledged behemoth of a company where everything is in place and every role filled multiple times over. If you want to work for a company that's done figuring itself out, you may want to wait a year or so before applying at SmartLockr. However if you like building a brand and be a part of shaping it, this is a great place to do just that.
