Good pay, above average compensation, but as they say, if it's too good to be true....it is.

Minpunten

To many to list, management is totally unprofessional, no room for growth, manipulative coworkers, lots of drama/backstabbing. Lying to customers is constant. If you can avoid working here, do it, there is more stress than you want.

Management gives you the autonomy to run your business; they don't micro manage but are willing to step in and help when needed. The team is close knit, collaborative and encourage each other. Exciting industry to be in, good benefits, compensation and work life balance.

Minpunten

Not for everyone - the people who are most successful are willing to put in the extra time and effort.
