      - The people on the projects - Work life balance - Owners of the company are easy to talk to and are incredibly supportive - Great projects with good design thinking and collaboration - No egos! A fantastic work culture - Your opinions are valued regardless of department - Career progression opportunities - Fun staff events for team bonding

      - Overall bad communication from managers to employees - Have you ever wondered why a game lacks something basic? It's because the head of the studio "personally doesn't like it" - Were gaming dreams come to die - They think Solitaire is their biggest success (that's just sad) - I don't think I've ever felt more like a freelancer while being hired as a full time.

      - Art team was great to work with, both colleages and leadership - I was able to join a company retreat at the time, and it was very pleasant - Annual bonuses

      Minpunten

      - Pacing can feel a bit on the slower end for some, but it didn't bother me personally - Room for growth felt a bit on the slow end as well, if one is looking to move up within the company it may feel somewhat limited
