Simple -> The management didn’t have the knowledge of how to run a company. No annual bonus, no clear career path provided to each employee’s level, unclear hierarchy. They thought they are Gods that have knowledge and power to run the world, while in fact, they were just a clown. Mistreated some of the employees. Be careful with some people especially HR Team, and some of the others. If you got an OL from this company, do consider to not taking it. Or less. It will be a waste of an experience for you.
