Everyone is so collaborative, which makes it exciting to learn from the people next to you. I also feel that my peers and leaders genuinely care about me as a well-rounded person. They aren't messing around with their core values! Whether I'm sharing a personal or professional goal, I feel incredibly supported and encouraged to grow.
