You are compared to your coworkers who are doing better than you constantly and they are only doing well by cutting corners to keep their jobs. This company basically forces you to cut corners to keep your job, and always threatens to fire you. Shops hate working with you, and you deal with a lot of negativity on the phone and toxicity in the work place.
