Most of them are former drug and alcohol users who are in recovery programs and are only employed because they would have to be in prison if they didn’t have a job. They make the few good employees look terrible. Their supervisors don’t train or communicate to them and leave it to the Bekaert employees to communicate critical information such as safety.
