      The are some nice people who work there. Technically, a successful company.

      Minpunten

      Owner/CEO is both too involved and not involved enough. Essentially, too involved with making big sweeping statements and setting people on projects and tasks that don't jive with the actual folks managing the place. It's frustrating. Rumors of abuse of Teams and VOIP software to spy on employees. I can't conform, but i did witness a key player leave over those claims.

      Success is up to you and there is a lot of flexibility to make a career if you are a self starter and like to contribute solutions

      Minpunten

      You will not like it here if you need to be told what to do and when to do it. It's a small company so you need the ability to work with all departments and collaborate with others. The bad reviews are some who struggle with that.
