Some amazing people who want to succeed and work hard at their jobs. Good unlimited vacation policy.

Minpunten

Highly unrealistic expectations for what can be accomplished with current resourcing. Everyone is overworked and truly valuable players are under appreciated. Compensation is very low compared with market and there are no stock options. Culture has gone out the window and people are not happy and very negative about the work environment. Management seems oblivious to how bad it is.
