Interesting products with a measurable impact on patients with rare diseases, Coworkers are really dedicated to what they are doing (for as long as they can). Given time and opportunity, there could be amazing growth and development opportunities within the company.

Minpunten

No or marginal investment in employee development, in particular long term or beyond the current role. Despite nice words, the executive management is driven by maximizing shareholder value and cutting cost. Very high employee turnover - coworkers are literally burnt at an excessive speed, even compared to the "usual suspects". Toxic atmosphere in some departments.
