- Management is in shambles - Do not have an accurate depiction of the workload vs the speed and quality of which the workload is done - There is a very glaring disconnect between upper management and the team - Management does not practice the culture that they supposedly preach, instead seek to practice an interrogative, 'guilty until proven innocent' approach - There is zero empathy in any of their interactions; everything about the company engrosses on work with little consideration of anything else that may be of effect, such as unforeseeable events in one's personal life. - For reasons unknown, communication of important information has devolved into 'need to know,' where if one party does not enquire, that specific information may never be brought to light.
