1. Their pay is literally peanuts yet expect you to work like a child in a SHEIN factory. No proper guidance or training was provided, they just throw you to the sharks and expect you to do it well even if you have no experience. Expect to be micromanaged and interrogated. 2. Your "full pantry" isn't even that good. Filled to the brim with junk. At the rate that you're going, you're all gonna be obese in the next five years. 4. Work ending at 6:30pm? Not a chance! You will be expected to stay back and continue doing work once you get home and probably over the weekend too, if something is due on Monday. 5. A whole lot of $#!%-talking going on behind each other's backs. You preach honesty & candor yet do the exact opposite. No such thing as "teamwork" because they all just care about saving their own (and their clique's) butts.
