Minpunten
Toxic Culture: The work environment is extremely toxic. There is constant gossip going on. You will find CEO shouting at employees now and then.CEO keeps on watching every employee when passing through work-area to check what everyone is doing. Good employees for engineering/marketing/product are leaving very often. Only people who joined during inception are still there. 90-95% of employees are working under pressure or bcoz of not having any other options available immediately. Zero Flexibility/Lack of Work-Life Balance - There is ZERO flexibility even though they claim they are very flexible. There is a big HEADACHE when u apply for leaves, as u have to provide “VALID REASONS” to claim your hard earned leaves like you are in school. Asking for WFH(Once a month) is a big crime, If u take sick leave, the manager will ask co-employees whether u’re really sick or holidaying. No trust on employees - Sick leaves are credited 0.5 per month. U can’t apply for partial leave for doctor appointments, HR will ask u to schedule on the weekend. For WFH employees if u forget to clock in/out by mistake they will not adjust and put Half day. Also, the CEO warns to hold salary/Mark employees absent every now and then. The HR team is biased and not 0.1% cooperative with employees, They are not for employees. They are just appointed to check punch in/ punch out time of employees and to address that immediately to them. Poor Leadership: Some POD leads are fine or else no growth in other PODs. Providing Feedbacks to manager does not help at all. Unhealthy Competition: The atmosphere is highly competitive, but not in a positive way. No single word of appreciation for your overtime work , timely delivery. No respect for employees. CEO gives unrealistic deadlines which TLs can’t oppose ,and can call u and shout at you anytime. Everyday u will have fear of getting fired No Growth Opportunities: Despite promises of career development, there is very little room for advancement, and the skills you develop are not valued.
