      Pluspunten

      Getting the opportunity to work with a variety of different clients is the best part of working at Socius. I love that that we are quickly growing and and expanding outside of the Midwest. Another great aspect of Socius is the team - so many people come from a variety of backgrounds but all work towards the same end goal.

      Nothing really comes to mind - Socius is truly a great place to build a career.

      Great culture! Really enjoyed my time at Socius. Great leadership and always worked on different projects. Was never bored and was always challenged.

      They do excellent work when dealing with customers and making sure customers are taken care of. I do believe the company has great intentions when it comes to meeting their clients' needs.

      Minpunten

      The company review process is such that even if you do major improvements to the company that benefit everyone, if you get a poor rating on one area then it can balloon to other areas of the review and then you end up getting no raise because of it. The upper management protects those that are "in" so they get special treatment and if one screws up, the others cover and place blame on lower employees. In some departments turn-over is so high, they don't seem to see the cause of that turn-over.
