Micromanagement on everything you have done and want you to do exactly same as you've been told (product line robot or Yes man they expect you to be) Dominating management style especially HR and IT Strange atmosphere that HR has so much control in entire company even tell you off about saving tissue papers. Everything is in budgeting and expect you think of box with less resources. frequent four times annual performance reviews unfriendly exit interview, it seems like you become an enemy to company while you are leaving very strict and harsh on mistakes when you are a freshman and learning at the beginning
