Pluspunten
Best for people who have no experience to get their foot in the door and learn the basics of what it means to work in the field, promotions are always from within
Minpunten
Since higher positions are generally promoted from within, it's hard to get in at a level higher than DC Tech 1. They also no longer hire full time employees right away, and switched to a contract-to-hire model. They also are bad at hiring experienced technicians and turn-over rate is insanely high.
You won't learn advanced troubleshooting skills or many skills that transfer over - most of the job is troubleshooting private automation that does everything for you.
