Softchoice and the IT industry is challenging and will stretch your thinking and adaptability. It is a work hard, play hard culture and has great focus on people development.

Minpunten

Change is constant and there are major growing pains associated with companies transformation from a reseller to a full end to end IT solutions provider.

Management does not listen and executives are fed bad information to action on. Director and VP level folks control the narrative and make bad decision after bad decision
