Offices accross North America mean you get to meet a lot of interesting people from more than just your home town - great company events. Softchoice makes a real effort to train people in more than just "on the job" tactics.
Minpunten
Only a few people with a lot of tenure - not sure why people think you can't grow your career here. There are many examples of people who have done just that. Great company has it's downside - it feels like we are a target for poaching. Environment with lots of change - although it keeps us fresh, it can be challenging at times.
