- Good Work Life Balance - Easy work if you know what you are doing and a very supportive work environment and management team that will try their best to help you succeed. -Have to be detailed oriented and be on top mutlitple requests and processes at the same time.

- Requires more clarity on overall processes and ways of doing the job. -Needs you be more proactive in finidng best deals for your specific sitatuion.

Management does not listen and executives are fed bad information to action on. Director and VP level folks control the narrative and make bad decision after bad decision
