You will get very good hikes if you follow whatever your manager says. 4. If you wanna growth then keep your self respects out of the gate while entering into office. 5. They are very good in balancing the team members, past 2 years 40+ new employees joined in a team (started with around 20+) but still team size never exceed 20+.
