If you are joining as fresher as part of their internship/Contract program you need to risk your carrier because to get the permanent position it will need at least 2 years and in this duration they wont inform you about your performance and your chance of getting permanent position. they just assign you to repetitive task like automation execution and manual testing which will benefit them so that they need not to hire experience people for that task. also sometime you will be tortured by seniors by assigning their own work to you. ask you to come on weekend to complete those task
