The people are what makes this place great. Seemingly anyone from any department is willing to help and give their time. Some really exceptional leaders to lean on and learn from. I know there’s opportunities to pick up a mentor as a few of my peers are mentees, just haven’t asked anyone yet.

Minpunten

Too many decisions have to go through our German HQ. This can cause delays all over but the leadership team does a good job at being transparent and finding work arounds. On-boarding could have been more defined, but my team was incredible at bringing me up to speed. I know they also recently hired a new Head of Enablement & Onboarding.
