Crayon integration created duplicates of all levels. Leaders while promising market to create synergies, keep these at higher levels as visible in dual CEO model. Highly politic and toxic environment. No stability, no strategy, no leadership. The future of the company is decided by Microsoft not by the leaders and their strategies. If Microsoft pays, they are successful so no real need for strategy. Leaders and middle managers know this and their only attention is to keep their job whatever it takes.
