Dear Colleague - thanks for taking the time to post the review. It's obviously disappointing to read that you feel we have not been investing in leadership - especially given the workships we have been running with DDI and our own internal Leadership Development resources. Having said that - I would welcome your feedback as to what we can do better and or areas to focus on- we're absolutely not perfect but we are trying to be the best we can. As for directional changes - I agree we are a fast paced and agile business, and adapting to the level of growth and change we are driving is not easy - this often involves trying something and then adapting if it's not optimum - again it would great to hear more detail from you on what we could have been more consistent with or which changes you think were not relevant.
