Firstly as always, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and perspective - I am of course disappointed to hear that you felt our sales org and sales leadership were not aligned to your expectation. It would be useful to understand some more detail around this so we can improve further - our sales have seen double digit growth in the last 10 years yoy and our solutions capability continues to expand exponentially and in certain areas we are marketing leading - so whilst I completely acknowledge we can never stop improving, I do believe we are making good progress.
