8yI never like reading feedback like this as it possibly means our leadership are not upholding our values- this should never be the case. There are always 2 sides to every story and the truth is normally somewhere in the middle - I am sorry you did not have the best experience and hope you escalated this with the VP for our India Service Delivery Centre and / or our CIO. We have some great feedback from India but know we are not perfect - however we are investing heavily and aspiring to be world class there - L&D, Systems, offices, reward.
