7yHi - thank you for posting your feedback. I am sorry you did not feel the impact of our training & development initiatives while you were with us - I hope you were able to give the NORAM HR team specific feedback as part of your off-boarding process. We obviously didn't make you comfortable enough to share your opinions (voice) during your time with us - so for anyone reading this, please don't hesitate to approach any leader in the company with feedback (including any of the EMT). You have a number of normal channels to do so (email etc) but you can also provide anonymous feedback if you wish via our Quarterly employee survey in Motivosity (our dedicated engagement tool). Wishing you every success in your new role and I hope that you have been able to take the fun vibe with you and make an impact at your new company.
