7yOur late CEO and founder was always incredibly passionate about investing in the future. On the one hand, it makes us very happy to read your comments that we were able to provide you a great start to your career - on the other hand, I'm sorry that the learning curve may not have been strong enough to keep you with us. This is a critical area of investment for us as we evolve into a true Technology company our new learning platform "FUSE" will provide much greater access to digital learning content and partnerships with the likes of LinkedIn Learning and other vendors will give us world class content. This will also be supported by a dedicated internal team focused on personal development through our culture. Regardless, wherever you've landed now, we wish you every success.
