Thanks for the feedback. Growth has challenges as I am sure you can see. We are very proud you have invested nearly 10 years with us - thank you. We are still learning to get better and to keep evolving. As such all of our roles are changing and I think it is necessary for everyone to adapt. I am afraid I disagree on compensation - we have 1 of 5 plans consistently applied worldwide for 7000 people dependent on the role - and they reward personal and company performance.
