No Cons as such, however i have noticed in my tenure that R & R is not based on merit or tenure here. Given to new folks or people with good repo / contacts here

I full agree that merit and results are a key part of development - would be very keen to hear how we can further improve that in our career pathing and development processes. Thanks again, John.
Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
