- The leadership management is not up to mark, They wont communicate properly. - The are little frustrated and always in bad mood. There is no proper team coordination. - Team is very prejudiced mindset, No one to explain you the staff going in detail or atleast give you a clear picture.

Company want's mostly affordable and obedient labour so ended up hiring a lot of so called experienced employees straight from India with a fake resume. They carry all the negatives you can imagine with them. Diwali is the most celebrated holiday in the firm. As you already know, it will be very difficult to communicate with those people and innovation is pretty much dead in this firm. not seeing an optimistic future where it stand.
