Keep in mind that people are motivated to write reviews when they have something bad to say. So please don’t take the negative reviews as consensus. I love being a Solarian. I could see myself working at SolarWinds for the rest of my life. People here are family. Some have been there for years, if not over a decade, and that says a lot - especially for sales where turnover is notoriously high. This is a company that cares about its employees which is evidenced from the benefits, flexible in-office hours, unlimited food and caffeine, workshops, and team outings. The HQ is absolutely stunning. There is never drama nor gossip. Employees care for the success and happiness of their counterparts.

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
