No empathy with leaving employees. With my case in particular, I rendered 30 days notice prior to leaving and my pay was held even though I still have 4 more weeks with the company. I understand that it's a standard procedure, however they could have given compensation as to not put the employees in a difficult situation especially if they have responsibilities. Hybrid work setup. No parking aside from paid parking nearby the office. There are a lot of teams with managers outside of the country and frankly enough, employees are able to do their jobs remotely. A lot of grey areas in terms of promotion. No solid career development plan for employees. In my department in particular, requests get thrown here and there without proper screening. There is no black and white stipulation on my day to day responsibilities. I have also been questioned about my high salary and my manager demands for me to do more stuff even though it's not part of my job description in the first place.

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
