      Management pretends to care for us by provoding all beneifts the law required

      No one cares for employees here, not even management. Our supervisor only cares about work and what needs to be done. No bond has been made between management and employees, working here was terrible and awfully demotivating. There's only stress and no fun at all!

      Their extensive training is a joke. It's a crash course in sugarcoating listings and pressure clients, not actual knowledge or strategy. You'll be expected to perform like a seasoned shark on day one, with minimal support and maximum pressure to close deals.
