The new employees on R&D will need to adapt to the fast pace in the beginning. Delivering the milestone is very important for the sub-teams.

Bad work culture, lack of respect for lab workers and other entry level positions. Unless you have a PHD, you will not be respected or advance your career. Upper management disorganized, and high risk health hazards that aren't taken seriously.
