Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
