Solidcore is an amazing place to work for someone who is both passionate about fitness and business. There is a great culture where people really care about work / life balance and development. There is a lot of autonomy and it's such a fast growing company that there are a ton of growth opportunities.

Solidcore is growing so quickly, you need to have an ownership mindset and be able to prioritize what is important.

Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

Minpunten

People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
