Base pay is high, with incentives for utilization and seniority. No other fitness studio in the area pays their coaches as high as [solidcore]. Amazing management all the way around.

Minpunten

Lower utilization class times when you first become a coach, but quickly can move to more utilized class times if you stick with it.

Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

Minpunten

People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
