They are highly supportive in your growth as a coach and offer a lot of train. They are good at giving feedback and support you to improve. Once you are a more advanced coach, the money is pretty good!

Minpunten

The pay starts out fairly low, but once you work your way up that changes.

Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

Minpunten

People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
