The leadership especially CEO Kevin Colletti has the strategic vision to make Solidify a leader in the industry. He also makes it a fun place to work! The company culture is great, everyone here is honest and loves what they do. Great benefits (insurance and paid time off) and work-life balance!

Glastonbury is a great area to work in but the lunch/dinner choices can start to get expensive!

-Casual work environment. -Down- to- earth colleagues.

-Management (or lack thereof) makes Solidify, Inc. an intolerable place to work. -No growth or learning opportunities. -Low pay. -Since on average there are 6 employees, resources are low - a caution to potential new clients. -Turnover is extremely high. All employees but one have voluntarily left in one year or less. This is not good for clients, employees, or the company in general. -There is no business model/strategy and is lacking a proper leader to shape it.
