This organization appears to trade on a name associated with an industry giant, but the reality falls far short of those standards. Job security is extremely unstable employees can be terminated without warning, and many new hires are let go within just 2–3 weeks, which seems to be a recurring pattern. Workplace culture heavily favors favoritism, making it difficult to survive without engaging in it. Freshers are often treated poorly, and interactions with staff can be unnecessarily rude. There are also serious concerns regarding hygiene, particularly in the washrooms and mess facilities. More troubling is unprofessional behavior toward freshers, some of there employees are gonna shout on you without any reason and there’s no adequate action from management. Overall, the environment feels unsafe and unreliable for anyone seeking a respectful and stable workplace.
