Management leaves you alone to do your work, coworkers are nice, overall friendly atmosphere

Minpunten

Pay has stayed about the same for the past 15 years, Management makes decisions based on emotions (what's not ok one day is ok the next, depending on their mood)

Great benefits overall when it comes to medical, 401k match and other benefits.

Minpunten

Work load and the department has very high expectations for this job. It's almost like an account manager/ customer service roll.

I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
