Upper Management harasses employees, take no responsibility of their own business, starts blame game on employees , hire and fire policy. the upper management takes more interest on personal life and provides no expectation and information on what work has to be delivered. Don't let employees present their work and constantly criticize. Small office in some residential area. Washroom is smelly. High expectation and very less salary.
