Sales director was a great mentor and asset to sales team. Flexible Schedule. Interesting product to discuss. Get your foot in the door for medical sales. Make great connections within ultrasound world to further your career. CEO is very passionate and knowledgeable about ultrasound and the platform.

Minpunten

No one has hit quota since 2020. Salesforce analytics are too heavily relied on. CEO does play favorites with sales reps. Marketing department isn't the best at generating leads for sales reps. The CEO is a brilliant clinician but lacks business acumen. Inside sales was basically non existent. You will have very little support for leads and booking meetings and are solely responsible for a quota that is not realistic. 2 sales meetings per year which can be quite redundant. High turnover rate. CEO blamed sales team for layoffs on a company wide meeting, great for morale. pay attention to the "at will employer" in your offer letter...Reps are fired with 0 warning, some of those within their first 3 weeks No 401K matching

Small team, lots of responsibilities sometimes can be stressful especially when others dont realize some expectations are unrealistic
